In coordination with Greenpeace Mexico and Our Future, we have supported the community of El Bosque, Tabasco, in a communication strategy to highlight their immense vulnerability in the face of the climate crisis. In 2022 alone, over 30 families lost their homes due to rising sea levels and coastal erosion.
The strategy we deployed reached over 200 press mentions and aims to ensure the Tabasco community has access to a fair and immediate relocation by the Mexican government.
The community of El Bosque manages a Facebook page where they share updates about the situation they are facing.
