Tabasco, Campeche, Oaxaca, and Nuevo León

This was our first project. The funding came from the “Ponte la Verde” initiative, an emergency response fund for COVID-19. The project aimed to provide a local response from the inhabitants of El Grullo, Unión de Tvla, and El Limón to the crisis caused by COVID-19, by promoting agreements between food producers, marketers, and distributors, who together contributed to food security for the affected local population.

The action lines of “Todas y Todos Comen” focused on strengthening local agri-food systems through agroecological promotion, peasant networks, promoting short marketing circuits, and institutionalizing initiatives in local governments. The project’s results include the organization of the Producers' Fair, a campaign promoting local products, and the support of 3 school gardens and two community gardens.
